A Grand Jade Tech Chest is a chest in New Kaineng City in Cantha, located at the end of the Wind through the Walls jumping puzzle. New Kaineng being desplayed as a metropolis and such doesn't really make sense if they have no access to a bank or let alone a trading post. This encounter has a more targeted focus on proper player positioning over other mechanics and can be sped up considerably with builds that can cleave multiple bosses at once. Arborstone is beautiful, but I think in the long-run I would have preferred if they did the same technical concept but in New Kaineng instead.
